Gourd Creek Community is currently under Declarant control in accordance with the Association’s governing documents. Control of the Association will transition to the homeowners upon satisfaction of the requirements set forth in the Declaration, including the applicable Class A membership and voting thresholds.

The Board of Directors has retained Sun Realty Services to provide professional property management services for the community. Sun Realty Services assists the Board with the day-to-day administration of the Association, community operations, homeowner communications, and vendor and professional coordination.
