Gourd Creek Community is currently under Declarant control in accordance with the Association’s governing documents. Control will transition to homeowners once Class A members hold 95% of the total voting power, or on the date otherwise specified in the Declaration.

The Board of Directors has appointed Sun Realty Services as the community’s property management company to oversee daily operations and support community programs and activities.
