Gourd Creek Community is currently under Declarant control in accordance with the
Association’s governing documents. Homeowner control will transition once Class A
members hold 95% of total voting power or on the date specified in the Declaration.
The Board of Directors has appointed Sun Realty Services as the Property
Management to oversee daily operations and support community activities.
